We are looking for an organized, efficient, and motivated Team Leader to join our store leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the kids resale and franchise business from the ground up while helping lead, train, and motivate a team of 12–16 people.
What You’ll Do
- Buy and price inventory using proprietary resale software
- Help manage inventory through merchandising and regular markdowns
- Assist in leading, training, and scheduling a team of 12–16 employees
- Create outstanding customer experiences with a long-term growth mindset
- Learn all aspects of the business, including buying, inventory management, merchandising, and social media marketing
- Follow and implement franchise systems and guidelines consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Ability to follow systems while maintaining high standards
- Interest in resale, fashion, sustainability, and community-focused retail
